About Teresa:

Teresa Greco is a certified life coach pursuing her Ph.D. in transpersonal psychology with a dissertation on inner happiness. She is a multiple-time TEDx speaker, 3X bestselling author, international writer, and editor of a Canadian lifestyle magazine as well as the host of the internet TV and radio shows called the “Steps to Happiness Show with Teresa Greco” on Soulivity TV and “The Happy Hour with Teresa Greco” on Hopeful Radio and Skyward TV.

Teresa is the founder of Steps to Happiness Coaching, a personal development company that offers speaking, 1:1 life coaching, and corporate and group workshops aimed at mentoring individuals and organizations who are looking for more happiness, fulfillment and love in their lives to unlock a level of power, purpose, and potential within to reach new heights and live the life of their dreams.

With a master’s degree in education, Teresa is an educator of over 25 years and an educational technologies consultant who coaches students with learning disabilities on the use of various educational software to help them uncover their potential by removing barriers and obstacles so they can flourish in all areas of their lives.

Teresa hopes to motivate and inspire others around the world to step into their greatness and magnificence and to support and empower them by understanding what true inner happiness is and the various steps they can take to 'BE' truly happy.
