Therese Connolly
Therese’ (Tess) Connolly, LCSW, CCC is a Parent Coach, Clinical Social Worker, and Psychotherapist who has worked in the mental health field for over two decades. She is the owner of MIndful Kids and Families, a parent and family coaching practice focused on supporting parents to have the best-connected relationship with their kids. Tess is the Podcast Host of The Parenting Reset Show podcast all about raising tweens and teens, and every month does her Tech Reset Masterclass to help parents with mindset shifts and strategies for dealing with the ever-present screentime and device problems.
Tess’ guide and coach parenting approach comes from the premise that we are all raising adults, and we need to shift our parenting according to a child’s developmental place. Her coaching is a blend of intentional and conscious parenting, steeped in the foundations of her mindfulness background and her experiences as a clinical social worker. Tess follows her unique R.E.S.E.T path when working with parents and believes that the best parenting skill is right inside of each of us!
Tess was raised in a big Irish family in the woods of New Hampshire, she is a primary parent to a darling 13 yr old boy, a dog named Red, and lives in Northern California. Most days you will find her running on chai tea lattes and a whole lot of gratitude!
